FRANCOISE J. BLANCO

Attorney / Professor

Francoise J. Blanco is an Associate Professor at St. Thomas University College of Law. He has also served as a wealth, tax and business adviser to high-net-worth multinational families in the management of their estates and businesses worldwide. He focused his practice on international tax planning; advising on inbound and outbound foreign transactions; subpart F and foreign investment in U.S. real property. He has also worked on international corporate reorganizations and represented taxpayers before the United States Tax Court.
